Having problems entering amount & CC expiration date

When sending out our Credit Card Authorization forms to customers, they are not able to add the quantity nor expiration date on the required fields.

Could you please follow the workflow mentioned below to setup the Credit card fields on the document:

- Create credit card fields

- Last digit of credit card number replaced with a zero

- Field types

Hello,

When sending out one of our uploaded documents. There are two sections of the documents where customers cannot add the required information.

In the cell where they are supposed the quantity. they can only type in $0. The cell where they add the cards expiration date, they can only type in the current month and current year.
