I can't send out any documents in Echosign. It says contact administrator. There is no contact for an adminstrator. The UK 0203 number goes to a message service. The new Document Cloud numbers go to a dead dialling tone when you press 3 for support or 1 for sales. Really terrible service. Shame on you. The help links take me in a circle and just lead me back in to my account which says contact help.

    I'm dealing with the same thing.  Poor customer service.  I'm paid up and have docs that need signatures asap and still can not find out how to open a support ticket.  Frustrated

    Their support page tells me that it's off line and they don't answer anyway. This happens all the time to paying customers. Then after waiting on hold for hours. they tell you that they've upgraded you and you have to pay more. And support SUCKS! I lost over $2000 today in contracts due to adobe and their "upgrade" crap. They want your money but want to do nothing for it!
