Help! Adobe Acrobat E-Signature Functions No Longer Working

Hoping someone can help me...

When I attempt to use Adobe Pro E-signature tool, it does not work. By the time I reach the part where I'm supposed to click on the screen to input the signer's names, nothing happens. It is totally unresponsive. Rebooting and updating my operating system has done nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobt Pro also does nothing.

The one thing I notice is that each time I open Acrobat, I get an error box popping up that says "some functions may not work properly", but it gives me no indication of what functions are failing or how to fix it. I'm guessing this may have something to do with the problem.

Can anyone help?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please check if you can send a document for signature via the Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/).

Also, try reinstalling the Acrobat using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
