I am a paid user of Adobe Echo Sign....

Since last night I am getting this "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator."

Any help?

    The probable reason for this error is because you are trying to sign a document, and your account has been de-activated by your account admin, or if your account admin has not provided you the privileges to sign the document. In order to resolve this issue, we would require the email address using which you are trying to sign the document (to which the document was sent for signatures), so that we can check the status of your account at our end, and let you know of the best possible solution for the same.
