HELP!! Need to access Adobe Sign documents older than 45 days

Hi Dirk,

This normally happens after you hit a specific number of documents on the manage page (not sure, but think it's 500 documents on the Manage page). Manage page then goes into a restrictive viewing mode.

You can contact Support folks by clicking on ? after logging into your Adobe Sign account and asking them to turn on the "advanced search mode" for your manage page.
