Help removing documents from 'My Documents' dropdown

Hi

I'm trying to delete ''My Documents'' listed in the ''My Documents'' dropdown on adobe sign. I have tried numerous things, everything tells me to go to 'manage' / 'library templates' 'select' and click 'delete' on the right hand side, however there are no documents or templates showing in there.

Please can you advise alternative way to delete.
