Help with Adobe Sign Microsoft Outlook

Hello, i keep getting this error when i select "send for signature" in outlook: "ERROR Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please restart application or try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer service."

    Please ensure that the account is configured in the Outlook. You may try removing the add-in and then re-configuring the account. You may refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/integrations/microsoft-outlook-signature-addin.html.
