Help with mulitple signatures - Urgent

I work for a large college.

Studrnt logs on, fills out web form, and submits. I am using "studentname_es_:signer1:" for his fields.

Once file is saved in SharePoint doc lib,an admin looks up the student's advsor and then send it to "them" for approval. How do I do this?

Do I need to make a second field for the 2nd signer?  Such as "studentname_es_:signer2:"
