Hi guys, when one of my clients is trying to submit an e-sign doc on iPad, they're getting an error message along the lines of 'There is an unhanded error 150914070121509 odd-prod-app5' We have many of these docs completed every week and this is the first issue we've ever had. I have been through the process on the phone with my customer and he appears to be doing everything he should. Error message appears after the 'sign' button is clicked.
