Hide email and additional sign in my document...!!!!!

Recently.....I found that there is an additional sign and shows up signer`s email in the bottom of  my dociment  while I sending the email to the signer.....more than that , if I send a document to three people it shows email in the document to each receiver.....that`s crazy

Is there any optional buttom to hide that  ?
