Homepage content loading error

Hello to all. Something very strange happens to me with the programme, when I access it a blank page appears. I have tried to access from another browser in case there is an error with Chrome and it still gives the same problem. I have also tried to access from another ip from the external network to the office and the same.

This has been happening since yesterday, is there anyone who can help me?  I would be very grateful.

P.D: I have also tried it from another computer, the first one was a mac and this one is a windows pc.

If yes, would you mind checking if the Acrobat Sign feature works on the desktop application?
