How can I change the from email when I send out a document to be signed?

I want to change the from email from My Name to Company Name. Can someone please assist me in doing this.

Did you ever get this answered?? I have the same question and can't find any help on here or someone to contact at Adobe. They are so hands off its ridiculous. If you figured it out please let me know it's driving me crazy.
