How can I hide an agreement that says "The Agreement ID specified is invalid" ?

Question

Someone sent me a document for signature that they say is no longer 'In Progress' on their end, and when I go to hide the agreement, I receive an error message saying "The Agreement ID specified is invalid." Is there a way for me to hide this agreement so it's not sitting in my 'Waiting for You' folder?

Hi selena_5006,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As mentioned, the document is not "In progress". Is it a cancelled document?

If the document is cancelled, it should not be visible in the 'Waiting in progress' field. Please check if you can open the document on your end and report any error messages you receive.

Try once clearing the cache and cookies for the browser one and then check if the document is still visible under the folder.
