How can I prevent my organization from being listed as a party?

I frequently need to obtain signatures under unilateral declarations, so the recipient should sign a declaration - and that's it.

Or I need to gather resolutions from committees/board by obtaining signatures from the members. Or I would like to arrange the conclusion of a contract in which my organization as a party is not involved.

That actually sounds very simple, but how does it work with Adobe Sign?

Whenever a document is signed, the confirmation email says: "[Document] between [My Organisation], [Signer 1], [Signer 2] and [Signer 3] is Signed and Filed" - this is often wrong and very confusing.
