How can I specify a hint text in a text field.

Hi Community,

I'm new to Adobe and I need some guidance for setting up hint in a text field. I'm using the text tag "{{*city_es_:signer1:city}}" in a text block and it is working fine but the text block is appearing as a simpe block with no hint appearing inside the block. I want a help/hint text that should appear inside the box and as soon as the user click the box the hint should dissappear from the box.

Can someone guide how to achieve this?
