How can i swap the position of signature block permanently?

I have generated workflows for written signature in SpringCM. When i send document to client it take me to a wrong signature block. Is there any way to manullay set the signature block. So that each time when i want to send to client, it take me to correct signature block.

You can see below in screenshot, it first load on subscriber side then platts, but what i want to first load automattically to platts side then subscriber.
