How can the Web Form creator stop being copied on completed form emails?

My department uses a shared mailbox to communicate with clients and I do not want my individual email address included as a CC on completed forms. 

On the web forms I’ve created, my email address is automatically added as a CC whenever a client completes a form. The shared mailbox is listed as a CC Participant on the web form, not my individual address. I have also turned off all notifications in my profile settings. 

What can I do to ensure only the shared mailbox receives a copy of the completed form?

    Thank you for reaching out.


    Once you have created the web form and uploaded it for signature, you should receive the completed form in your mailbox. You may try uploading the document from the account used as the shared mailbox.
