How can we prevent webforms from sending the attachment?

We currently use webforms to gather information from our clients. I'd prefer the notification of the webform come to me without the attachment because it contains personal information. How can I make it so that it doesn't send the attachment?

Having the same problem, even though my account is setup globally that way. Only web forms do this. isn't this a security issue? why default to this and no way to change?
