Question

How can you convert a "usable only be me" template to a shared template?

Help, please.  I authored a beautiful reusable template, only to find that I skipped the step that would have allowed me to share it with others.  Is there anyway to convert an private template to a shared template?

Hello, here is the helpx link to Creating and Managing Sign Templates - https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-document-template.html and the steps to get started:

  • Navigate to your template by selecting the Manage tab
  • Select the Templates filter in the left rail (New Experience )
  • Single-click the template you want to select it, and then click the Edit Template link in the right rail to open the template in the drag-and-drop authoring environment

Be well.

Thanks for the tip, Shannon.

I can edit the existing template, but I can't figure out how to convert an exiting private template it into a shared template.

Am I missing something?

Is there a trick to move a template from one's private template repository into a shared template library?
