How do I change my name in the e-signature request email?

Hello

 

I am a sole proprietor but I want my e-signature requests to come from my company's name, not my personal name. How can I make this happen? When I check my Adobe Account, everything has my business name listed already. My personal name isn't listed anywhere.

 

However, when I go to the Adobe Sign settings specifically, it still shows my personal name. When I click "Edit Name", it redirects me to the main Adobe Account settings, which are already correct. So I can't change my name in Adobe Sign.

I guess it just needed some time for the changes to make their way through the system. The emails are showing up correctly now and when I try to access the Adobe Sign settings to look at my name, it redirects me to the main Acrobat page instead.

We have checked your Acrobat Sign account. It shows the name on the account as the same as the company name on the account. Could you please share the screenshot of the profile settings you are referring to? It would be helpful for us to understand the issue.
