How do I change the name Adobe Sign is sent from?

Howdy -

When using Adobe Sign the email comes from "Tony Pierce (echosign@echosign.com)" I want to change this vanity name to read Tony Pierce - Echosign (echosign@echosign.com). Is there any way to do this?
