How do I change the Name and Email address which I send a signature request from?

    Hi guillermog25017147,

    To change your email address from which you send documents for signature, you need to change your Adobe ID.

    Please refer the steps provided here: Manage your Adobe ID account

    Hi,

    I originally created my Adobe account using a personal (gmail) address but have since changed my Adobe ID to my work email address, and left my personal email as the secondary account.  Unfortunately, whenever I send documents out for signature, its showing as coming from my personal email.  How can I correct this, please?

    I get the same issue.  My esign 'signature' comes from an old email, even though I have changed my account log-in to a different email.  Why is the esign address not the same as the account log-in?

    Is there any option of choosing email address (e.g secondary email addess) without changing my ADOBE ID?

    Hey Steve,

     

    Sorry for the delay in response.

     

    We have checked that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC that includes the Adobe Sign.

    If the Adobe Sign is linked with your Adobe account, then you will need to change the email address for your Adobe account. It is not possible to only change the email for the Adobe Sign account.

    Or is there a way to inhibit the e-mail address from displaying in the e-mails going out for signature?

    I use two different addresses for different purposes and would like keep them separate, e.g. personal documents and work documents.

    If you are referring to the email address from which you have sent the document for signature, it is not possible to hide the email address.

     

    As you have mentioned above, you are using two different email addresses. When you will be sending a document for signature, it will be only from a single account.

     

    Let us know if you are referring to something else.
