How do I check if Notes was added to the singed document on "All agreement" list?

Hi there,

I'm just wondering is there any way I can find out if I add some notes to the signed documents on the list of "All agreement"? There was small icon displayed for the documents I added notes with old interface of Adobe Acrobat Documents. I have to click document, click "See 3 more" then click "Add Notes" to see if any notes was added to the document. I wish I can see which document has note added on the list...
