How do I create a batch of agreements in Salesforce and include the "recipients" email addresses?

  I'm sure this has been answered before, because there is no way this issue can still exist.  

When I create a "batch of agreements" in Salesforce.  The "email recipients" are still blank and I have to select them which is absolutely unproductive.

Again.  I can create an agreement from the "Batch Agreement" creator.

The agreement created doesn't have a "recipient" email address in it.  (Not saving me anytime).

My usecase includes the need to send these agreements out in bulk for signature and this should reduce the "reconcilation" time spent on this process.
