How do I create a document that requires my countersignature?

I needs to send a document out for signature that first requries the receipient to fill out and sign, and then I countersign once they've completed their signing. Once we've both signed, both I and the recipient receive a copy of the fully exetuced document.

I can't figure out how to set up this dependency/workflow in Adobe Sign.
