How do I download Adobe Sign on my new laptop with windows 10

I have signed up for Adobe EchoSign, but have a new laptop and need to download an app that will allow me to sign in on Adobe PDF documents? Adobe Reader does not have it and I have no idea where to get the Adobe Sign download that is now replacing EchoSign?

Please help - I am desperate with documents piling up to be filled out and signed!

Log on to your Adobe Sign account you have paid for, upload and send them.
