How do I ensure my signatories are gender neutral on Adobe Sign?

Though I am not asked to specify the gender of the signatories when I send contracts out for e-siganture using Adobe Sign, when the confirmation email comes through confirming the contract has been signed and filed, the gender of the external receipient is always given as "Mrs". How can I remove this?

As you have mentioned above, the gender recipeint is always given as "Mrs.". Could you please confirm where exactly it shows the gender information? Is it in the form fields or in the email?
