How do I get support to allow sending a 140 page document for signature?

Other inquiries to the forum say you need to get support to authorize sending a document for signature in excess of 100 pages.  I have a number of time sensitive documents I am trying to send out in excess of 100 pages but I cannot find any way to contact support.  Help!!!!
