How do I keep text formating in Adobe Sign form fields?

I have a text field in a form created in Acrobat Pro DC which includes roman, bold and italic text.

This all is coverted to roman text when I request esignatures with Adobe Sign.

Is there any way to keep this formatting?

So PDF is created from InDesign.

PDF doc is prepared as a form in Acrobat Pro DC. Form fields then created and populated with text.

But, when I prepare for signing and request e-signatures, text is standardised in the fields and text formating (say bold titles) is lost in Adobe Sign.

I'm trying to create a free text field the end user can edit before sending on to a signer. I'd like to include editable headings within the text to help readability.

Any thoughts?

Adobe Sign doesn't support this.
