How do I receive a signed form?

I would like to create a registration form that requires a signature that is either on my website or that I provide a link to for completion.

Once the form has been completed and signed, is it possible for the customer to email me the completed form, in PDF format, WITHOUT the customer using Outlook, Apple mail etc?

As per above workflow, you can use Widget functionality as once it is signed, both the signer and sender, would receive the copy of signed document automatically. Below is the documentation for reference:
