How do I resolve the sign-in error for Adobe Sign Add-in?
I am trying to use the Adobe Sign with MS Word, using the Adobe Sign MS Word Add-In together with Office 365 (x64 edition)
I have followed these instructions:
Adobe Sign for Microsoft - Word/PowerPoint Add-in
When I try to connect to the cloud account pressing "Send for Signature", the following happens
1. I get a dialogue box saying : "Do you want to allow this website to open an application on your computer?"
2. I press allow
3. I get a new dialogue box saying "you need a new app top open osf-roaming.16"
4. in Word I then get an error message saying "Add-in Error" - this add-in could not be started.
How do I resolve this?
