@joseph_9261 The "Document retention policy applied" message is a clear indicator that the PDF document itself has been permanently removed from Adobe Sign's active storage. Your best bet for retrieving a copy of the actual document is through your own email, local backups, or by contacting the sender or other participants of the agreement. The audit report from Adobe Sign will still provide proof of the transaction. The Meta still remains because Adobe Sign keeps the "transaction meta data." This includes details like: who sent it, who signed it, date and time, maybe the audit trail and the status it signed and completed
