How do I retrieve a document that was signed but now says deleted?

This is what I get when I click on the PDF:

Document retention policy applied

This agreement has been deleted, but transaction meta data is still available

This includes details like: who sent it, who signed it, date and time, maybe the audit trail and the status it signed and completed
