How do I send a company the 'password audit trail' for an e-sign doc? They want to verify it for their records. thanks!

I need help sending the 'password audit trail' for a document. A company we work with will not accept the pdf copy of the signed document.

Hi,

You can find your audit report via the manage tab. Highlight the document in question and select the history tab (on the right hand side). You will then see the audit report option.
