How do I setup a document to sign using 1 delegator for two different persons within each group ?

Question

For NDA, including two parties (group) I want to request the signatures for each.

I know only the e-mail of the delegators of each party.
I don't know if one or both delegators will or won't take a signature role for the document.
I don’t know if the party will provide one or 2 signatures.

How shall I setup the signature workflow?
