How do you close an agreement without everybody having signed?

Hi,

I have an agreement I neew 45 people to sign. Therefore I have planned to send it in two rounds, so i can get everyones signature on the same agreement. I have sent the first round out, but a few people have yet to sign, so I wanted to close this agreement and transfer those people onto the second round. The problem is that I dont know how (if it's possible) to close the first agreement without everyone having signed. I can only cancel the agreement, which I can't do because the agreement isn't technically cancelled.

Do anyone have the solution to this?
