How do you disable the audit trail for the person signing the contract

When you put a contract through the adobe signature process, the candidate receives a final copy. There are 2 versions one with a link in the body of the email that doesn't have the audit trail and there is also a copy attached. The attached version has an audit trail with the emails of all parties who have signed the contract and we do not want the candidate to be able to see this - how do we disable this?
