How do you replace the template document?

Hello, 

I uploaded a document and created a template with all the fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons exactly where I want them.

I would then like to edit the template and replace the document when an update has been made while keeping all the fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons exactly where they were.

How is that accomplished?
