We are a paperless company and would love to be able to have the business we work with sign their parts of the contracts without having to print it out.

Also, if one is an eSignature and the other is not, would that void it?

Hello Jordans13910368,

As a signer, you don't need to have an E-Sign account with Document Cloud. The signer would receive an email to open the document link in browser and once the document is signed, a final signed copy is sent to both signer as well as sender.

Also, can you let me know how the other signature would be done? Would you be uploading physically signed copy?

How do you upload a signed copy when an E-Signature has already taken place?
