How long to wait for a price offer?! [Enterprise plan]

I'm writing this here, because I can't find any other relevant channel to address my issue.

I need to get a price offer for the Business or Enterprise plan of Adobe Sign. I have contacted Adobe more than a week ago through the online form (although didn't include my phone nr.). Seeing that there's no contact, I called the number on the website and got through to a Customer Care agent, who wrote down my details and forwarded them to the Marketing Associate, who called me the next day and further inquired on our needs. One day after, he follows up with an email and includes the "Sign specialist" who should support me going forward, who didn't contact me. I wrote them back only to find out that the specialist is on his annual leave.

I'm not complaining on the guys, but on your process. How many people do I need to interact with and how much do I have to wait until I can get a price estimation, which should actually be public and transparent. You should really think about making this as easy as possible for the client.

It took me less than 24h to go through this process with DocuSign.
