How many more years can we use integration key as access token for developer or enterprise account?

As we were going through the documentation of adobe sign, we found the below information:

But as of now June 2021, I am able to use the integration key as an access token.

Could you please throw some light over this and help us understand:

1. How long will the support for integration keys?

2. How the information about descoping integration key will be sent to users?
