How to add 'formFields' to specific locations on an existing PDF on V6.

Basically i'm trying to add 'formFields' to an existing PDF.

I've seen a solution in the API Usage documentation, but when I use that, it always adds the signature field at the end of the PDF.  That's not what I want.

So, is there any way to add multiple 'formFields'  for signing, in different pages, and all of them to be signed by the same user who received the email using the API Adobe Acrobat Sign V6?
