how to add password before sending required esign

it take me several days to study and still cannot find solution. 

When I send required esign, there is no button/check to add password like we did in 2023. 

If we add password all file protected even in my computer that we needn't. The problem is we cannot send out password protect required esign. 

I have asked some friends, they all changed to docusign, and no time to waste in adobe sign. hope Adobe can find solution for us
