How to add the trial to my admin console for users to test?

Is it possible to add the trial license to the admin console to then create groups and add users to the group, to see the admin tasks?  

I need to make sure that should a user go on holiday the workflow does not stop with them. Perhaps an admin can push the workflow to another user?

That we have a global view of the documents for auditing. 

Is it possible to stop deletion of documents by employees.
