How to automatically notify multiple group members of web form submission?

I have created several web forms and I receive automatic notifications when the forms have been signed and submitted. I also need an admin assistant (who is listed as a user in my group) to receive these same automatic notifications. However, I cannot determine how to configure this. My current workaround is to manually share each individual document when I receive it, but this is not a sustainable long-term solution.
Any instructions on how to automatically notify multiple group members when a web form is submitted - as opposed to only the original author of the web form?
