How to call Adobe esign using a middleware

Hi members ,

I am trying to build an interface which will periodically pick data from a SAAS application and trigger the esign functionality using a middle ware tool . since we already have the api available .

The challenge is with the redirect url and how and what should I mention if I am using a middle ware to run this as a periodic job using api calls Since it is an automated job What i undertand is you have to login into aodbe and approve access requets for each call before you get the code . This code is vital for tokens .

Can someone throw some light if this can be automated if yes how ?
