How to change enabled scopes for a certified application

Hi

Our API application have been certified in the past with only a few scopes enabled.

We now want to enable webhook read/write scopes to that application, but we cannot because the application is already certified.

Do you know what we have to do ? I found nothing in Adobe Help Center.
