How to change name of signed document emailed upon completion of Widget?

Looking to include some form data into the signed document name as a unique identifier so we can auto-send to one of our storage integrations.

Hi Jonathanr,

Once the document is signed, it is not possible to change the name of that file in Adobe Sign.

However, you may try the workaround provided below.

- Open the signed file and click on the PDF icon to download the file on the machine.

- Then you can change the name by right clicking on the PDF and selecting Rename from the list.

- After that go to Adobe Sign > Manage tab > Archived and click on upload agreements.

- Add the details asked and upload the document.

Now the signed document with a new name is available in the Archive documents of Adobe Sign.
