How to change signer email address after prefilling (or print out with prefilled info)?

I have prefilled several documents and I need to either (a) print them out to INCLUDE the prefilled information or (b) change the signer email so that I can send the document to myself and print it out for a regular signature.

I cannot for the life of me figure either of these out nor find information on how to do it!  When I click all of the buttons I can find for the documents within the "Waiting for me to prefill area", they are prefilled when I view them, but I cannot print them with the information prefilled!  Help!?
