How to change the second signer on an agreement sent for signature?

I have a document which is signed by one party. But now second party who is supposed to sign is no more in the organization. Is there any way to edit signed document and update second party's details in the document

If you are trying to change the second party, please refer to steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/replace-signer.html.

However, it is not possible to remove the signer. You can only replcate the signer.
