How to change the signer's company name?

One of my customers has closed her company and opened a new one, but Adobe Sign still automatically adds her old company name to all documents sent to her for signature. How can I update it to her new company name?

Hi firebird55​,

Please be informed that the changes needs to be implemented at Signers end.

Signer will have to login to his/her Adobe Sign account navigate to Account page -> Personal Preferences -> My Provide & select "Edit" where the Signer will get the option to edit the company name.

I'm getting this problem too. If I could have a clue as to where to look it would be great. I have signed in to my Adobe account and made sure the Company Name is correct but emails sent to signer have a different company name (that I've used in the past).  Thank you

I may have found the solution. The Adobe Sign profile information is different from my Adobe information.

Hi Aadesh - Thank you for your response. However the signer does not have an account. All documents are originated by me and the signer simply clicks on the link in the email they receive, signs the document and sends it back.

The problem seems to be that the client is using the same email address as before and the system associates that email address with their old company name instead of their new one.

Do you have any other suggestions?
